For all short-term loan customers - Protecting
your privacy is important to us and our employees. We want you to understand
what information we collect and how we use it. In order to provide our
customers with short-term loans as effectively and conveniently as possible, we
use technology to manage and maintain customer information. The following
policy serves as a standard for all employees for collection,
use, retention, and security of non-public personal information related to our
short-term loan programs.
We may collect non-public personal information about you from the
following sources: Information we receive from you on applications or other
loan forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets and
income; Information about your loan transactions with us, such as your payment
history and loan balances; and Information we receive from third parties, such
as consumer reporting agencies and other lenders regarding your credit

loan to you.

your short-term loan, and to financial institutions with which we have joint

disclose non-public personal information about our customers or former
customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. If you become an inactive
customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices

We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict
access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need
to know that information to provide short-term loans to you. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that protect your non-public
personal information.

sources. Some of the information is provided to us directly by customers
themselves. Other information could be obtained by us from outside sources. We
will limit the use and collection of information about our customers to that
which is necessary to administer our business, provide exceptional service, and
offer opportunities that we think will be of interest to customers. This means

that we believe customers might want to know about. We will use this

IV. Our Maintenance of Accurate Information: We

access to personally identifiable customer information will be limited to those

customer-initiated transaction,
(2) The customer requests or authorizes it,
(3) The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or

(4) The disclosure is required or allowed by law (e.g. subpoena,
investigation of fraudulent activity, requested by regulator, etc.) or,
(5) The customer has been informed about the possibility of
disclosure for marketing purposes through a prior notice and given the
opportunity to decline or "opt out."
VIII. Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships
with Third Parties: When we conduct business with third parties,
it requires its vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct
regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided
to them.
IX. Providing Privacy Information to Customers and Responding
to Inquiries: We value our customer relationships. Because we
recognize and respect your privacy, we want you to understand how we use the
information you provide as well as our commitment to ensuring your personal

utilizing the same security and privacy standards that are applied to
